The HILLTIP IceStriker TR is a professional combination spreader designed for tractors and other vehicles equipped with a three-point hitch. Featuring GPS-controlled ground speed-related spreading, an intuitive control system, and a wide range of expansion options, it is the ideal solution for municipalities, contractors, and professional winter maintenance operators.

Even in its standard configuration, the IceStriker TR offers an impressive range of features. It includes automatic ground speed-related spreading (g/m²), a manual spreading mode, a powerful vibrator, a double-wall hopper prepared for optional pre-wetting, and an intuitive controller with extensive adjustment options. The GPS antenna is integrated as standard.

Increase Efficiency with Optional Pre-Wetting

The optional pre-wetting system (pump unit and nozzle mounted at the end of the auger) applies brine directly to the spreading material before discharge. This improves adhesion to the road surface, accelerates melting performance, and significantly reduces material loss, resulting in more efficient salt usage and lower operating costs.

The double-wall hopper also serves as an integrated brine tank, enabling pre-wetting with a flow rate of up to 12 l/min.

One Machine – Multiple Applications

When equipped with the optional pre-wetting system, the IceStriker TR becomes a highly versatile machine.

Combined with the optional 12-metre hose reel and hand sprayer, it is ideal for treating steps, entrances, ramps, and other critical areas with brine, both for reactive de-icing and preventive anti-icing.

For even greater versatility, the spreader can be equipped with an optional spray bar, providing liquid treatment over a variable spray width of 2 to 5 metres with an output of up to 25 l/min.

This transforms the IceStriker TR into a true combination spreader, suitable not only for professional winter maintenance but also for liquid applications and even irrigation tasks during the summer months.
